     Hey, hey, hey everyone! I'm David Allan Muise Jr. You all Know me either as "Jay Muise" or my alter ego, The Legal HIGH Guy! I am 22 years old from a little town in New hampshire called Londonderry. I am a very upfront person and have a black and white side to me that I base my answers on often.      I started "Vlogging," (Video blogging), over Youtube in early 2010. I made one video about "K2  Incense" because I knew little about it and wanted to see how it effected people. Now after 3 years I have made an alright name in the "Incense/Spice" Community.
